Italy Ally operates as a tourist information and travel assistance service, not as a travel agency, tour operator or licensed booking agent. We charge exclusively for the information, planning and assistance services described in this Section and in Section 3 below. We do not charge any fee for making, arranging or processing paid bookings on the customer's behalf. Where we recommend or provide information about restaurants, hotels, transport providers, activities, tours or other third-party services, we only inform the customer where and how such services can be purchased directly from the relevant third-party provider, at that provider's own market price, and entirely at the customer's own risk. We do not act as an intermediary, agent or party to any payment made by the customer to a third-party provider, and we do not guarantee, warrant or accept any risk or liability for the performance, quality, safety, pricing or availability of services provided by third parties we may recommend.
We provide online travel assistance and local support services for travellers visiting Italy.
Depending on the package purchased, the services may include:
